I bought over half a dozen of these and some other lesser expensive Kwickset round knobs of the same color (Venetian Bronze), as I have a LOT of doors in my house. (I put these expensive ones in the common areas and the lesser round expensive ones in the bedrooms to make my change out more economical.) They also feel pleasing to the hand when opening the door. (They replaced 25-year-old lever handles that had hollow backs that pinched the skin when grabbing the handle.) They are more attractive in person than in the picture, were very easy to install, and easy to clean. Both times, I called the 800 number and within 4 days had a new part (and in one case a whole new set). Will only by this brand in the future for anything, if only because of the excellent customer service! |
