 Good hardware, poor instructions, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Kwikset 800HEXCN 15 SMT CP Hawthorne Single Cylinder Handleset with Cameron Knob Featuring SmartKey, Satin Nickel (Tools & Home Improvement) I just installed this handle set on my new front door. The latch and bolt feel very solid and operate smoothly. Fortunately the door had pre-drilled standard sized holes, so the hardware went in without a fuss. I just had to drill the bolt hole for the bottom of the handle. I am looking forward to installing Kwikset knobs on my other entry doors and re-keying them all so I only need one key. The SmartKey feature alone is worth the investment. I almost bought a Baldwin set, as my folks have had some for years and they look & feel great, but I noticed a few of the newer Baldwin handle sets used Kwikset lock cylinders anyway, so I opted for the cheaper OEM.If you have never installed a handle set like this before, the instructions will drive you nuts! They tried to cram generic instructions for different handle set types and a few different languages all on one page.
