Ovular face plates tie in nicely with the shape of the Polo interior knob. The Polo is made from one piece of brass for unsurpassed durability. The rounded design is proportioned to comfortably fit the palm of the hand. The deadbolt features a high-security, 5-pin cylinder and a 1-inch throw. A hardened steel insert prevents saw break-ins and is operated by a key on the outside and a smooth turn-piece on the inside of the door for easy locking. Product arrived in old, beat up packaging. Main visible part of handle was scratched and outside housing of deadbolt was badly scratched. My guess is that this was an item that was returned but sold as new.
